A function which compresses samples into Ogg Vorbis for SF3 writing in the WorkerSynthesizer.

- Parameters
  - audioData: Float32Array
    The PCM audio data.
  - sampleRate: number
    The sample rate, in Hertz.
  - quality: number
    The quality of the encoding. This parameter will have the value passed from WorkerSynthesizer.writeSF2 so it can be ignored if that is not needed.
  Returns Promise<Uint8Array>
  The binary compressed audio data.
